ShippingDelivery Tracking is included on all orders at our cost.
We
usually ship within 1-2 business days contingent upon how many orders we are
processing, occasionally an item may be on back order and will take 3-4
business days. Please contact us for delivery times. If item is a special order item or large item, additional processing time might be required.
We
usually ship USPS. All Shipping costs on the
website is based upon USPS prices. Not all items can be ship via USPS. We
will contact you if that is the case. Additional charges might apply.
All orders that include a valid e-mail address will be sent an
order confirmation of price by email,
upon order confirmation. This is usually followed by a shipping
notification. For most orders the shipping notification includes ship
date, carrier and tracking number (if applicable).
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ORDER OF ANY TYPE FOR WHATEVER REASON.
Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped UPS Air or USPS. PO Box and
APO must be ship via USPS and additional charges will apply.
Actual
Shipping Charges applies to orders calcuated on website that needs to
be ship via USPS. Additional Processing Time is required for
those type of orders.
Shipping delays caused beyond the shipper's (UPS, Federal Express,
USPS, etc.) including, but not limited to, the following: the
unavailability or refusal of a persona to accept delivery of the
shipment; acts of God; Public authorities actuing with actual or
apparent authority on the premises; acts or omissions of customs or
similar authorities; riots, strikes, or other labor disputes; civil
commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks such
as weather phenomena; and natural disasters, shall not be our
responsiblitiy. Please contact the shipping company directly. The
shipping company does not provide refund for shipping for these
above cases, and nor can we for shipping charges if your packaged
does not get delivered. ReturnsDefective/Damage Merchandise Policy
Please
examine the outer box and all contents immediately upon receipt for any
signs of defective/damage. All damage claims must be initiated within 5
days of delivery. Please e-mail us at support@chromebolt.com so
that we can initiate a claim with the carrier. Defective/damaged
merchandise can ONLY be replaced. No refunds will be accepted on
merchandise that arrives defective or damaged.
Return Policy
Notify us by e-mail of your desire to return your purchase at support@chromebolt.com. We
will issue you a return authorization number and email you our return
address. You can return items in only new
condition within 30 days and we will refund your money or exchange the
item subject to return policy below. No refunds or exchanges on
items that packaging has been opened and cannot be resold as new. We
will issue refunds for the product only. Items purchased will have actual shipping charges deducted from the
refund in addition to a 10% or $5 restocking fee, whichever is larger,
on all merchandise returned. Why Do We Charge A Restocking Fee?
The Restocking Fee helps reduce the "lending library" effect where some
people "buy" things just to try them with no intention of keeping the
item. Customers will incur the expense for returning the item.

For your protection, please send your return via a
shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS or Fedex. We cannot
guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method such as
USPS (First Class). Please include the RA number on the outside of the shipping
package near the return address label and return packages to:

Products
that arrive at our docks without a return authorization number, or do
not meet the conditions set on our return policy will be refused
or returned and will not be issued credit.
Product Warranties Products come with
a manufacturer's warranty. No other warranties are expressed or
implied. For warranty service, you must contact the manufacturer's
authorized warranty service station closest to you. This information is
available either with the material shipped with the product, or from
the manufacturer directly.
